The lantern features high and low modes, allowing for bright beam lighting or a softer, longer-lasting illumination. It also includes a red warning mode and red emergency flash for SOS situations. With 360-degree flood light and a soft light output, L1 can be hung in a tent or on branches, or placed on a table. The lampshade is constructed with translucent polycarbonate material to reduce glare and provide a comfortable, soft floodlight. It ensures that even when using L1 for close-up work, your eyesight remains unharmed. Additionally, the removable lampshade allows for larger illumination areas. With its IP55 rating, L1 is resistant to heavy rain, ensuring its functionality in extreme weather conditions. The rubber-armored handle is ergonomically designed to provide a comfortable grip. The handle can be easily locked without obstructing the light, making it convenient for placement or hanging the lantern. To protect the lantern during transportation, it is packaged using bottle bubble wrap. L1 features 42 warm white SMD LEDs, as well as 4 red LEDs. The 42 LEDs offer two light modes: low mode provides 280 lumens with a 6-day runtime and a 3-meter illumination radius, while high mode offers 705 lumens with a runtime of over 20 hours and a 10-meter radius. The 4 red LEDs also have two modes: a constantly lighting mode with 138 lumens and an emergency flash SOS mode with 138 lumens. The constant light mode is also steplessly adjustable. The warm white LED is recommended due to its similarity to traditional incandescent or halogen lights, which cause minimal harm to the eyes. On the other hand, blue LEDs and white LEDs emit high-intensity blue light, which can damage the retinal pigment epithelium and the retina sensory layer, leading to retinal aging and an increased risk of macular degeneration. To mitigate this risk, it is advisable to choose LED lighting with a diffuser or diffusion plate and to avoid direct exposure to the LED chip. In terms of design, L1 is equipped with a rubber-armored handle for a comfortable grip, and a hanging function is available by removing the lampshade and hanging it upside down using the D-ring. The push-button switch is recessed to prevent accidental activation and features a battery power indicator. It runs on three D cell alkaline batteries, sold separately. There is no light flashing to disturb your rest, and the lantern automatically turns off when switched off to conserve energy.
