INSTALLING BATTERIES

To install the batteries, turn the base of the lantern counter clockwise to open the base. Place the lantern on its side to view the battery chamber. Install 3 "AA" batteries in the correct polarity position. Refer to the battery position on the inside of the battery compartment for correct installation. Close the compartment by turning it clockwise.
